All print-on-demand items are not eligible for returns or offer refunds.

(Damaged or Defective Items) 

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. 

 

To report an issue: 

• Please email us at Info@Inspired-Learning-Journey.com.
• Include clear photographs of the damage, the outer shipping packaging, and the shipping label.
• Provide a description of the problem. 
• Upon verification of the issue, we will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging and damaged items, as they may be subject to inspection by the shipping carrier.
